Fieldfare Kielder Challenge

Fieldfare Kielder Challenge

On Friday 1 May 2009, eight students from Redland Green School competed in the HSBC Fieldfare Kielder Challenge. The event was held at Ashton Court Estate. The day was designed to allow students to work as a team to compete challenging outdoor tasks. Every member of the team was crucial to the success and it was a delight to see students working so well together.

The event is a national competition with 52 heats around the UK. The South West has 4 regional heats. Redland Green School won their heat and awaiting results from the other 3 heats to see if they progress to the national finals in the Kielder Forest in Nottingham.

An excellent day. Well done to all.
