KS4 Results: Redland Green School celebrates outstanding Year 11 achievement

‘New Headteacher at Redland Green School

sees stunning year 11 results’

Redland Green School has seen an increase in its results this year for all groups of students, including those who have overcome significant challenges to achieve.

New Headteacher, Louise Blundell says: “Having seen our young people grow and develop since their first day with us in year 7, and those who have joined us along the way, it is with great pride that I look at what they have achieved and appreciate what a privilege it has been to watch them.  Not only have they worked so effectively as individuals, but also as a team to support each other.  Their achievements are, without a doubt a testament to their hard work, effort, resilience and determination to succeed.  Their perseverance and commitment to their own learning has been impressive”

“In my first year of headship, I would also like to thank all of our staff in providing our students with a first-class education delivered with passion and dedication in order to prepare our students effectively for the challenge of GCSEs and, just as importantly, to our parents for their continuous support of the school over the 5-year journey.”

“As part of a Trust, our staff have been revitalised and had a chance to develop their practice through working with other schools, this has had benefits for encouraging and retaining some of our excellent practitioners.  We look forward to building on this collaboration next year.”

“Not only have our students achieved a great set of GCSE outcomes but we have delighted in seeing them flourish personally during their time at Redland Green School.  I am proud of each and every one of them.  We are looking forward to welcoming our Year 11 students to collect their results and in wishing them the very best for the future.”
