Library Update: Term 3

A couple of reminders...

  • Over dues for library books will be issued on Monday, 14 January. Students should return books or bring them to the library for renewal.
  • A reminder that you can search the library catalogue from the RGS Google Apps home page. If you want to be able to check your library account, reserve or request books students need to get a login from the library staff in The Vista.

Authors at RGS

We have three authors booked in who will be coming between now and the summer term.
Friday, 8 February - Jon Mayhew, author of 'Mortlock' (shortlisted for the Waterstone's Children's book award and the Bradford Boase Award and the most requested book in the 2011 'Booked Up' reading giveaway) and 'The Demon Collector' will be coming in and talking to students in Year 7 and some of Year 9. He writes in a gothic style and information about him and his books can be found on the library catalogue home page. We would strongly recommend that you sample his writing.
