Post 16 Students Support Wild Goose Project

Through the Envision programme at Redland Green Post 16 learning community, which is part of the North Bristol Post 16 Centre, students get involved in local community projects. One group decided to support the Wild Goose project by raising money and collecting useful items for the project. The Wild Goose Cafe provides free food for the homeless and hungry as well as encouragement, support and advice for service users.

Students raised £200 by holding a doughnut sale at school, as well as doing henna art on students' hands for a donation. Students also brought in donations of some of the Cafe's most needed items including jam, coffee and sugar.

Well done to all the team!
