Students Voting Today in our Mock Election!

So the general election has finally arrived! And despite most of our students not being old enough to vote, we wanted to give them an opportunity to cast their vote and hear their opinions on the various political parties and their manifestos.

Politics can potentially be uninteresting for many young people, with a considerable number of 18 to 24-year-olds unlikely to use their vote in Thursday's general election. So, in a bid to fire interest in the democratic process among our students we decided to organise our own mock election!

This is an excellent opportunity for students to explore and understand how elections work and get them interested and involved, so they will be ready to vote when they turn 18.
