Ten Tors Success for RGS Students

Congratulations to three RGS students that recently competed in the Ten Tors Challenge on Dartmoor. Aidan, Isaac and Emma, were part of a 6-person team that took part in the 35-mile Ten Tors Challenge. Training for this event has been going on for many months, and 400 teams took part in very challenging and difficult conditions to walk 35, 45 or 55 miles over two days.

Aidan and Isaac finished the gruelling 35-mile event, with Emma reaching Tor 9 before having to stop. Congratulations to all three students on their fantastic achievement. Each year the Ten Tors Challenge provides young people with one of the hardest outdoor challenges in the country.
