Trip to Paris - Student Article

In February, some French and ADT students were able to go to France and stay in a hotel in Paris.

The trip allowed us to visit different art galleries and practise our French. We also saw a lot of the main landmarks in Paris, such as the Eiffel tower, which we saw twinkling at night, and we could experience the French culture, as well as go shopping!

We arrived in Paris at 2 o’clock, and almost immediately went to our first gallery. It was a great experience for all students, even those who don’t study art. During our stay we visited The Louvre, The Pompidou centre and The Musee d’Orsay to see the artwork there. It was a really fun long weekend and everyone got to try out their French and we got to have lots of free time, enhancing our ability to really experience Paris.

Everyone was able to interact with all different year groups. If there is a trip next year, we recommend it because it was extremely fun and worth participating in.
